Temperatures, pression, stretch reports, measurement of the diameters, technical features of all monofilaments are controlled, monitored and recorded for 10 years.
Traceability of all our yarns is guaranteed by a sophisticated system of barcode codification, that makes it very simple to all our customers to know how, when, where and who produced an article, and the root causes of a problem.
Each problem is traceable through the label applied on the product.
We train our valuable employees on a monthly base. We demand high quality and want them to work in the best way in order to achieve the best quality.
We schedule refresher course for the use of our equipment and machines, optional systems and new working methods. Moreover, during these meetings we explain which are our customers’ requests and how to reach these targets.
